Bad Breath

This is one of those disgusting posts but I can't help it so I just had to get it off my chest. This is how it started:

Person: Hala walla shlonich?
Me: Walla i'm good and u?
Person: Haaa shlonich ma3a rmithan? (please emphasis on the HAA)
Me: Not bad. (I got up to get away while still breathing from my mouth instead of my nose cause the odor that was coming from that person's mouth was unbelievable)


The more that person says Haaa or Hala Wallaa or just merely breathing in my face, I seriously felt like dying from bad breath! Ohh and you know what makes it worse? That people with bad breath come up to me and whisper something. That just KILLS me :(


What causes bad breath?
- Not drinking enough water. (The drier the mouth, the more prone it is for bad breath)
- Not brushing your teeth daily
- Smoking (Guys!!! Walla do you know how many times I avoid talking to smokers because of their breath? Again chew gum after, my brother does that and it works)
- Bacteria in your mouth (that results in lack of brushing teeth and flossing)

Food that causes bad breath:
- Dairy products, i.e. Cheese, Milk (always chew gum after)
- Coffee (Listen up coffee drinkers, ALWAYS pop a breath mint after drinking a cup of coffee or else just stay the hell away from me)
- Onion, Garlic and food that has hal 7amsa i.e. KABAB or shawarma

Enough is enough.. I'm a tough girl (i think) but the only thing I can never stand is bad breath! So since you can't smell your own breath, huff away in your sister or brothers face and let them tell you if you REEK of bad breath. ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS, pop breath mints in your mouth or chew gum! Drink lots and lots of water to keep your mouth salivated.

If you are not willing to do that.. then I suggest you staple your mouth shut and do us all a favor cause mali khilg a6ee7 ghashyana again from BAD BREATH!

P.S Since I take morning classes, I advice you fellow students to keep a smint or chewing gum in hand to keep that breath of your f-f-f-fresh ;)
