Stupid Summer

I woke up and ate my final lunch with my dad before I take off for the summer.

4:00 PM

My sister and I picked up my friend and went to do some errands. I got my beauty products and shampoos from the jam3iya. I bought underwear from Marks Spencer. I went to Souq Sharq to because my friend wanted something from TopShop. I didn't want to go there because I had to pack but instead, I ended up buying 7 shoes. Beautiful, cheap, bright colored sandals!

8:30PM

I arrived home. I started packing with a bunch of my friends who were there to help. My dad kept screaming that we had to go give our good-byes to my grandfather.

9:00 PM

Dinner at Grandmothers house.

10:00 PM

Packing like crazy and throwing every thing I had in my closet.

DONE from packing, so the driver came in to weight the bags before he takes them to the airport just to avoid excess weight. The weight of both my bags and some boxes with random crap for my family over there and my grandmothers WHEELCHAIR came at an astonishing 100 kilos. I'm 60 kilos over my seats weight limit.

I decided to dump the boxes and just get the wheelchair as its for my grandmother who can't walk without it. Still I shed off around 35 kilos. So I decided to keep some of my clothes and leave the rest. I took out all my shoes and put them in a small trolley bag for me to pull in the plane. Basically I managed to keep everything around the weight limit.

6:30 AM

I'm seated in the plane with a total of 4 bags. My hands hurt like hell afterwards.

12:00 PM

I reached the destination and all is well. That is until I reached home....

I took a nap for an hour or two and when I woke up to unpack I realized that my trolley bag was nowhere to be FOUND!!!! MY SHOES!!! MY NEW SHOES, I'M SHOELESS!! So apparently it was stolen in front of our apartment building and now I'M SHOELESS!!

I cried like a baby. No not because of my cute sandals, but because of hal 7arrrra ili qamta galbi. Why me? Why my shoes? Oh and beside my shoes, I had 5 new dresses that I hadn't worn. They were NEW! I lost my new shoes and dresses. *tears, sobs*

***UPDATE***

I told my brother to get me a pair of my favorite flats from back home 3ashan agazir feeh 3ala my I buy new ones. As I was strolling around the shops. INGI6A3!!!!! The strap at the back of the sandal TORE! The problem is that it was stuck solid so why on earth would it rip off all of a sudden?
